Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The prize is a case of 12 bottles of premium wine to the value of £500

Terms and Conditions

The promoter of this prize draw is Hiscox Insurance Company Limited. Our registered office is 1 Great St. Helen's, London EC3A 6HX.
Every person who completes Hiscox News reader survey and returns it to Hiscox by 31 August 2007 will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
Only one entry per person.
No purchase is necessary for participation.
Employees of the Hiscox Ltd group and their families are not eligible to enter.
The prize is a case of 12 bottles of premium wine to the value of £500.00. The selection of wine will be determined by Hiscox and no cash alternative is available.
The draw will take place on 5 September 2007.
The winner of the draw will be the first name drawn at random from all the eligible entries.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified via phone or email within 28 days of the draw. Inability to contact the winner may result in the selection of an alternative winner.
Entrance into this prize draw assumes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
